Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and all no-show appointments will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total.
Please understand that missed appointments and last-minute cancellations leave gaps in my schedule that could have been offered to other clients.
